Privacy Policy — Pixel Munchers
This privacy policy explains how NexDigital ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game
Pixel Munchers for Android (package com.falconforge.pixelmunchers, "the game").
If you have any question, contact us at info@nexdigital.cloud.
Summary
- We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or any account. There is no sign-in.
- Your game progress is stored only on your device. We do not run servers that receive it.
- The game shows ads from Google AdMob, which may collect device information to show and measure ads.
- The game has no in-app purchases.
Information stored on your device
The game saves your current level, coins, stars, boosters and settings locally on your device. We never receive this data. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it.
Android may also include this save data in your device's automatic backup to your Google account, so it can be restored when you reinstall the game. This backup is managed by Google and Android under your own Google account settings; we do not have access to it.
Internet connection
The game needs an internet connection. When it starts, it sends a simple request to Google's connectivity check
service (connectivitycheck.gstatic.com) to confirm that the device is online. This request contains no
personal information from the game. Like any internet request, it exposes your IP address to the receiving server.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows ads provided by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch and ads between levels. To serve, measure and protect ads against fraud, Google may collect and process:
- your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers,
- approximate location derived from your IP address,
- information about your interactions with ads and with the game,
- diagnostic and performance data.
This data is collected by Google, not by us, and is used as described in Google's policies:
Your choices about ads
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game shows a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before any ad is requested, where you can choose how your data is used for ads. You can change your choice at any time with Settings › Privacy Choices in the game.
On any Android device you can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your device settings (Settings › Google › Ads or Settings › Privacy › Ads, depending on the device).
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help.
Data security and retention
We do not store personal data on our servers. Data processed by Google AdMob is kept according to Google's retention policies. Data transmitted by the ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Because we do not hold personal data about you, requests about advertising data are best handled through Google's tools linked above — but you can always contact us at info@nexdigital.cloud and we will respond.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will also be reflected in the game's Google Play listing.
